These terms apply to RV Trip Co-pilot and the related Drive Logic website. By using the app or site, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Use while driving
The driver is responsible for safe vehicle operation and compliance with traffic laws. Do not interact with a phone in a way that distracts from driving. Confirm that a road, entrance, parking area, and stop are suitable for your vehicle before proceeding.
Fuel prices, places, and routes
Fuel prices, business details, availability, distances, travel times, routes, and other third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Conditions can change after the app receives information. Always confirm critical details directly with the provider.
License and App Store purchases
Your use of the iOS app is licensed, not sold, and is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different agreement is presented in the App Store. Apple controls App Store billing, delivery, and refund handling.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for lawful personal travel. You may not reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, interfere with its operation, misuse third-party data, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
Features and data sources may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Drive Logic may update or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app and site are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Drive Logic is not responsible for decisions made from stale or incomplete third-party information, unsafe driving, unsuitable roads or stops, or indirect or consequential losses.
