This notice applies when you request a complimentary App Store download code, apply for a TestFlight beta, or share interest in a coming beta through drive-logic.ai.
What we collect
Drive Logic collects the name, email address, Apple device, reason, consent version, app requested, and submission time that you provide. The form also records workflow status needed to prevent duplicate handling and show whether an email or TestFlight action succeeded.
How we use it
The information is used only to validate and review your request, manage a free-code or beta program, contact you about the selected app, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Drive Logic does not sell these details or use them to build advertising profiles.
TestFlight requests
If a TestFlight request passes the automated completeness and legitimacy checks, Drive Logic sends the applicant's name and email address to Apple's App Store Connect service to add the applicant to the selected app's external testing group. Apple then handles the official TestFlight invitation under its own terms and privacy practices.
Email processing
Drive Logic uses a dedicated email provider to send a concise request summary to the Drive Logic team and, when applicable, a confirmation to the applicant. The provider processes the email address and message content needed to deliver those emails.
What not to submit
Do not include passwords, payment details, health readings, medication information, diagnoses, medical records, resident or patient information, precise locations, or other confidential records. A request that includes links, temporary email addresses, or incomplete information may be rejected.
Retention and deletion
Drive Logic keeps recruitment details only as long as reasonably needed to manage the request, prevent duplicate handling, respond to you, and maintain appropriate business records. To request deletion, use the Drive Logic contact page from the same email address.
